All orders are deemed offers for you to purchase our products. The order form is the final confirmation and will be treated as the consent for the dispatch of the products mentioned in the order form.We will accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or mobile confirmation of the products specified in your order. Our acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditioned on your assent to these terms and conditions of sale.

Prices

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices do includes all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned in the confirmation order. Once the order is placed, it means you are confirming and accepting the given price.

Orders

Every buyer is entitled to order only one quantity of one product within a span of seven days. But the same buyer can order any other product in the same span of seven days. This limit is enforced in the interest of genuine buyers, to avoid misuse of the discounted price on products.

Payment

All payments must be received by us prior to shipping unless the order is placed by using Cash on delivery (COD) payment mode. We accept payment by cash, credit card, debit card. U can also deposit amount in our hdfc bank account either by cash or by cheque. In cheque payment the delivery will be made only after realization of the amount in the bank. EMI facility is also available with us. The payment should be made immediately on delivery to the delivery person before opening seal of the mobile box.

Shipping and Handling

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments due to natural disaster, non availability of product, strike, and/or unavoidable situation.Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. Every product is packed / sealed with company official stickers .Please check & confirm respective company Seal. Kindly confirm the seal before making payment to the delivery person. But once payment is made no claims will be accepted for any damages to the product. As the same had been delivered to you in a sealed condition. And we take no responsibility or liability of any damage or manufacturing defect of the product. Once the product is sold it will not be taken back . We do not have Refund Policy.

Product Warranty

Preserve bill, box and accessories for warranty claims.
Warranty of all the products is manufacturers sole responsibility.
Telephone Shoppees is a seperate entity and any product and order related issue will be entertained only through the contact details mentioned.

DOA POLICY

All rules and guidelines of respective company brand are applicable and accepted by the buyer, we hold no responsibility or liability for same.
In case the product is found defective upon opening, guidelines specified by the brand (handset manufacturer) will apply. You may be directed to your nearest service centre outlet in such a case. Should customers come across any issue with such products, they are advised to rush to nearest service centre. This is however invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear, liquid damage and negligence on part of the customer.
In case customer gets DOA letter from company, that DOA letter must be scanned and mailed to support@telephoneshoppees.com mail id for fast response and the letter must be sent to the following addresspurva plaza, near gnyan prabodhini , 515 />516 Sadashiv Peth, Pune. After coordinating with Company’s Customer care. www.telephoneshoppees.com will try to replace the specific product mentioned in DOA letter if stocks are available. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of Stock/ production/discontinued by company in Indian market.
Digital content such as apps and recharges are not returnable at all.

Changes and Cancellation

Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you. Rights of delivery and sale reserved by us.
